Leadership is a sensitive issue because it involves whether or not an educational institution being led. Leaders have the power to move and influence tasks that their duties responsibilities must carry out. This study aims describe school principals as leaders of institutions in 5.0 era, internalize EMASLIM-FM concept for function leadership era visionary education era. research qualitative type, using library approach. Data were obtained through literature studies books, ebooks, scientific journal articles, dissertations other sources pay attention relevance. analysis comparative analysis. The results show concept, principal has functions educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator motivator, figure mediator. requires competencies so they become plenary institutions. Creative essential be realized, considering vision guideline wheels leadership. needs implement idea tangible measurable wheel. Concrete action implementing key achieving desired goals.
